• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• Please allow 90 minutes for this experience
• Any ceramic value above £36 per person is payable in store. Unused value is not refundable and cannot be transferred as credit
• Ceramics are glazed and fired; collection is usually in about two weeks or UK delivery can be arranged for a fee
• Beginner-friendly; no experience is needed
• Children must be supervised by an adult throughout
• The studio is wheelchair accessible; access needs should be advised when booking
• Comfortable clothes that can get clay or paint on are recommended, with long hair tied back
• Please inform the studio of any medical conditions, allergies or accessibility requirements at the point of booking. The studio is wheelchair accessible

• Card payment only; the studio is cashless
• Pre-paid tickets apply to bisque/pottery items only
• Cancel or reschedule up to one day before the session for a full refund. After the deadline, payment is forfeited, including any extras. A £5 per person charge applies to no-shows and late cancellations
