What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Please note there is a £14 supplement on Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings

- As part of PURE Spa's sustainability policy, they do not provide robes or slippers. Guests are encouraged to bring their own robe and slippers

Misleading and not the best customer service
We booked thinking it was going to be a massage for two together in the same room and not separate rooms. On our arrival the customer service was severely lacking but the girls who carried out the treatments were lovely.

Good Treatments
Venue did not know the value of the voucher. However, they took it for payment in the end as we had already paid a supplement for treatments at the weekend. Treatments themselves were good.

Great experience
Got the voucher as a present and it was just perfect. I went with my partner and Sarah and Courtney were just so lovely and the back and neck massage was so good.
