WHAT A LOVELY TREAT
This was a gift from my daughter and we really enjoyed the experience all helped by the beautiful weather. We were able to sit outside sipping our cold drinks after a smashing dip in the heated outdoor jacuzzi! Brilliant. If only it was a little closer to where we live as the traffic was awful and it took us far too long to get to you, but didn't spoil too much.

Disappointed
I had high hopes when we walked in but soon realised that the facilities were small, basic and the toilet dirty. The staff were very nice and the massage was fine but the Spa seemed to be open to anyone who wanted to drift in from the swimming pool etc and so the sauna and steam room were full, even crowded. The swimming pool was a nice size but many were complaining that it was too cold. My husband and I have had many Spa days all over the world and this one was the poorest due to lack of facilities. It didn’t help that they decided to close the sauna and steam rooms to “deep clean” at 12 o'clock and then re open them at 1pm, meaning the bus ride there was hotter than the Sauna!

Relaxing, value for money experience
The value you get for 5 hours of spa usage is almost too good to be true but I’ve been here twice now using this voucher and will definitely be returning again in future! Absolutely zero complains amazing staff and a beautiful venue, top class facilities.

Lovely
Stunning Spa and facilities. We had the best time. On arrival we were given flip flops, towel & dressing gown. The gardens are lovely and we relaxed to start with our Prosecco then we proceeded to the spa area. Temperatures were just right and a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend. staff were nice and helpful
