• River Thames Cruise:
  • Available week round, year round, excluding bank holiday Mondays, Valentine’s Day (13th and 14th February), Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), 25th December and 1st January
  • Please book early due to high demand; specific dates may not be available
  • City Cruises services operate approximately every 30 minutes from 10am–6pm, depending on the departure pier and the season; please check the times of the return boats and the last boats of the day
  • This ticket is valid for 24 hours, from the time of your first boat trip to the same time the following day
  • Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
  • Children under 5 may travel for free
  • This voucher cannot be extended
  • This experience must be prebooked and is nonrefundable once booked; if you do not show up without notice, you cannot reschedule and a refund will not be available; it is not possible to reschedule or refund noshows or late arrivals
• Afternoon Tea:
  • Available week round, year round, excluding Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and New Year’s Eve
  • Afternoon tea is served from 2pm–5pm
  • Select London locations only
  • Must be prebooked at least 48 hours in advance; Prezzo Italian cannot accept Buyagift vouchers that are not prebooked
  • Please bring the unique code generated at booking to the restaurant; you cannot have your meal without it
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Afternoon tea food or drink substitutions cannot be made; purchases from Prezzo's other menus cost extra
  • Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
