- This experience is available week round, year round excluding bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), 25th December and 1st January
- Please note that due to high demand for the river cruise during summer months there may be some restricted availability during July and August
- Specific dates may not be available – please be aware this experience is subject to availability and operational changes
- City Cruises services operate approximately every 30 minutes between 10am and 6pm (depending on the departure pier and the season) – please remember to check the times of the return boats and the last boats of the day
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
- Children under 5 may travel for free
- This voucher cannot be extended
- Once booked, if you do not show up for the experience without notice, you will not be able to reschedule and a refund will not be available
