Head to the atmospheric cellars of Hensol Castle and immerse yourself in the bold, aromatic world of rum with a rum-making experience for one. Surrounded by the historic charm of the castle’s working distillery, you’ll discover more about the craft, character and flavour notes behind this much-loved spirit. With expert insight to guide you, enjoy three tastings and savour two rum and mixers along the way. Hands-on, flavourful and full of warmth, this experience is a brilliant treat for any spirit lover.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available Friday–Sunday, year round excluding selected Fridays and Sundays
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Please arrive five minutes before your experience; late arrivals may miss part of the rum making experience
- Appropriate footwear is required and layered clothing is recommended as temperatures can vary within the distillery
- A seven days’ notice is required to reschedule; rescheduling within seven days of your booking will incur 100% of the total cost and cannot be refunded or rescheduled
- Tickets may be transferred to another person
- Additional drinks can be purchased at the gin bar after your experience
- On-site parking is available, with 250 spaces including four disabled parking spaces
- All dates are subject to availability
