Minimum age: 10 years
Must be booked at least two weeks in advance
Lasts around two hours, but this may vary depending on the standard of pupils; around half an hour is spent in the pool
Maximum pupil to tutor ratio of eight to one
Spectators are not recommended, but they can usually be accommodated upon request – please ask when booking
Bring a swimming costume, a towel and a T-shirt each to wear in the water as a cushion from the scuba apparatus, which can sometimes rub
No previous experience is necessary; beginners are welcome
All participants are required to sign a medical declaration and disclaimer before taking part. You must be in good health and comfortable in water; if you suffer from asthma, diabetes, claustrophobia or any respiratory, heart or other medical conditions, advance written medical approval from your doctor is required
