About the experience
Master a new skill with guidance from expert chefs with the Shaken & Seared cookery class for two at Sauce by The Langham. Start the session with a refreshing welcome cocktail before learning how to prepare and cook the perfect fillet steak with this hands on cookery class. Learn key cooking techniques and make three delicious sauces to pair with your steak. Sample your creations with dinner in the Pantry dining room, including classic sides, family style dessert and a glass of wine, and take home a Sauce by The Langham tote bag, personalised apron and recipe pack for the finishing touch.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Available Thursdays and Fridays, year round
- The class runs from 6.30pm–9pm. Please allow additional time to accommodate for longer dining and cooking times
- Please book at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability
