Great hotel
We had a wonderful time on our 2 night deluxe getaway, the hotel was absolutely lovely with good service and food.

Lovely little getaway
Dove Meadow is a lovely little b&b. Perfect for Alton Towers. John and Myfanwy are the perfect hosts. Really welcoming and friendly.
Their little dog Poppy was also a great hit.

Disappointing
In future I will book direct to hotel as the hotel wasn’t worth the value of the voucher , very old fashioned TV had no signal , very noisy , also breakfast was supposed to be included but told when arrived that it was room only

RIP off
Charged £349.20 for room booked via Expedia which only charge £158. Booking was nightmare can’t speak to anyone to sort problems. Won’t use Buyagift again nor recommend anyone else to. Kept asking me to fill in same form promising to investigate problem then asking for form completing again round and round in circles not sorting problem. Eventually sorted by ringing hotel direct seems you booked via Expedia but didn’t tell us so booking ref we had was buyagift but hotel had Expedia is booking ref and didn’t recognise us absolute nightmare to sort and definitely not worth &349.20 you charged
