- Bronze: our most basic pricing tier, offering a selection of affordable seats at top shows. Generally, weekdays offer best availability. Please note, some seats may be restricted view
- Silver: our next level of pricing, offering a greater selection of seats. Generally, weekdays offer best availability, with some weekend dates available
- Gold: our second highest pricing tier, offering a range of seats across weekdays and weekends
- Platinum: our premium pricing tier, offering a wide range of fantastic seats across weekdays and weekends
- Upon booking, you will be able to choose your date, time and seats, with the option to upgrade to higher value seats for an additional fee
- Pre-booking online is essential. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance for best availability
- Once you have selected your seats and your tickets are confirmed, your voucher becomes non-refundable
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticketholder who is at least 18 years old. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted
- All bookings and performances are subject to availability

Brilliant gift
Very disappointed though but on your part you was great the theatre part was rubbish as we couldn’t attend do to a unexpected illness last minute so all our money is lost

Good experience but buyagift is poor
We were given a £200 buyagift voucher after a bereavement. A chance to take the family out for the day. We decided in Mamma Mia. The £200 only covered 2 tickets so we paid an extra £100 for 2 more tickets (which doesn't make sense as clearly the tickets cost £100 each?!
Unfortunately when I bought the tickets they came through as 2 separate vouchers.
There were only 5 tickets left for Mamma Mia and so I quickly purchased 2 in the Grand Circle (this was our only choice unless we paid more on top).
I then struggled to log back in and use the 2nd voucher. Because of the struggles I had to use Customer Services and wait for them to call me. The whole process took 30 stressful minutes. By the time we logged back in the last three tickets available to us had been sold! It was not fair for only 2 of the family to go to the show after we promised our kids a day out in London. So we logged on to the theatre direct and purchased 2 more tickets, but they were in a completely different part of the theatre and we had to sit apart!
To be fair, Buyagift gave us a refund for the £120 for the extra voucher, but this was extremely stressful and then meant we were not sitting together as a family for the show.
Also, how do the tickets from buyagift cost £100 each for poor Grand Circle tickets, and the theatre themselves only charge £56 each for Dress Circle tickets which offer a much better view and experience?!
The tickets are well overpriced and the website is not clear as to what voucher reference number you need to log on.
I will not use buyagift myself as a gift for anyone, as the process is not clear enough and I would not want anyone to go through what I had to go through.
