What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available year round; please check with the supplier for current availability
• Minimum age: 10 years
• Minimum height: 135cm
• Please allow two-to-three hours at the venue and arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your allocated time
• This is an outdoor motorsport activity; please dress appropriately for the weather conditions
• Certain medical conditions may make participation unsuitable or unsafe; if you have health concerns or are unsure whether you are fit to take part, you should speak with your doctor before participating
• Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate participants with disabilities and additional needs, but not every requirement can be guaranteed
• An optional £34 non-refundable damage waiver is available on the day and covers accidental damage across all vehicles driven; participants who decline it must sign a disclaimer and be able to cover the first £5,000 of any damage, with credit or debit card details and at least £5,000 credit available required on the day. American Express is not accepted. The damage waiver is not an insurance product or policy
• Once an experience date has been booked, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Amendments made no later than seven days before the event are subject to a £5 administration fee; after this, a £29 administration fee per car applies, with higher fees possible for premium venues and race track tuition cancellations. Premium track surcharges apply again when rebooking
• If a car, event or venue becomes unavailable through no fault of your own, a replacement vehicle, date or venue will be offered; refunds are not available
• Please bring your voucher on the day as you will not be able to drive without it
