This experience for two allows you two hours of uninterrupted relaxation at these outstanding facilities. Delight in the chance to luxuriate, unwind and appreciate the Far Eastern influence on this Victorian sanctuary. Small boutique style spa
Small but very clean pool (water could have been warmer). Staff weren't very engaging or friendly so I was a little disappointed. Lovely hotel but not sure it was worth the price.

The jacuzzi was with cold water, only one steam room, and nothing else to offer

Not great value
I bought this for my daughter in law for her birthday. The pool was tiny. The spa had few facilities. The quality of the towels was very poor with no spares, so when you got wet several times you couldn’t get a fresh towel. Not great value at all!

Nice enough spa
I booked the spa as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. We had a lovely welcome from the receptionist who also talked us through the changing room and spa facilities.
The pool, jacuzzi and steam room were all nice enough however, I expected a little more in terms of lounge facilities and refreshments. I was told that there would we tea’s available but there was no more than water and disposable cups.
We had a very nice morning however If I’d paid full price I would have been disappointed.
