Wonderful 'Sister Day'!

A truly relaxing day in beautiful surroundings. The 25 minute treatment was superb. Will definitely be treating me sister (and I ??) again!

What we got was lovely! But……

The Spa was only able to schedule our treatments first thing in the morning! This voucher / gift was brought for my daughter and I, as a Birthday present by our friends at our Tennis Club. Delighted to receive this gift, we even added an additional treatment to the package. Although whilst experiencing a back massage, you could hear the shouting of the exercise class above us, which wasn’t very in keeping with relaxation. Also it didn’t help the beautician doing my treatment, had a cold & was constantly sniffing!!! - But! The most annoying thing, was the timing of our appointments didn’t allow us to take up the option of afternoon tea. When we asked if we could claim the Afternoon Tea package separately- Was told ‘No!’ - Ultimately we decided not to wait around for 4 hours and missed out on the food! Which was hugely disappointing.

Lovely venue, bad service

This was my first time using buyagift and it was easy to use. I’d heard lots of good things about East Sussex national so was excited to go, however I was let down by the service we received from grumpy staff. The place was lovely however it was extremely busy so struggled to get a lounger by the pool, and had to wait quite a while to be able to use the jacuzzi as it was always packed.
