Spa Day with Afternoon Tea for Two at East Sussex National

Sink into a few unhurried hours of proper downtime with a spa day for two at East Sussex National, where you'll have robes and slippers plus afternoon tea at the Pavilion restaurant. Swim a lazy length or two in the pool, then drift between the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi until the outside world goes quiet. A leisurely tea rounds things off, once all that steam has worked its magic. Set in 1,100 acres of Sussex countryside, it's a 4-star retreat that feels a world away from the everyday.
