Spa Day with 50 Minute Treatment and Afternoon Tea for Two at Potters Resorts Five Lakes (Midweek)

Great value and so easy to book our Spa day..5 Lakes is a lovely place to go,treatments,Soa& Afternoon Tea.

The spa day was nice and good value with the voucher. We checked availability for the day we wanted prior to buying and it worked out well. You book via the buy a gift site - not via the retailer as suggested, so that was a bit fiddly but worth it for the cheaper price

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly face and she showed us where we go to get changed and where all the facilities were. We were informed that the pool was out of action for a couple of hours, but would soon be up and running. We went to the pool area and this is where the facilities were poor. The area was a bit dated and tired looking. The Sauna wasn't particularly hot and the Steam room not very steamy! The large Jacuzzi that was attached to the pool, was not working and clearly hadn't worked for some time. A whirlpool/jacuzzi was available but this was quite small, max of 4 people. It wasn't very powerful despite pushing all the buttons. The Afternoon Tea was lovely and the girls once again were friendly and really helpful. You could help yourself to a variety of teas and coffee through your day. The massage/facial was amazing and the girls were lovely and friendly. I would say that the Spa day although really good was let down by the pool facilities.
