About the experience

With full access to the facilities at your chosen location, you’ll be able to unwind however you want, whether it’s by swimming some laps in the pool or working up a sweat in the gym. For an extra dose of pampering, head to a private treatment room to enjoy a 20-minute spa treatment each. Whether it’s a full body scrub to leave your skin silky smooth, an ELEMIS facial to bring out your inner glow, or a Swedish massage to relieve tension, you’re sure to feel pampered to the max. Top it all off with a delicious one-course lunch and hot drink each. What bliss!

What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website

- Minimum age: 18 years
- Please bring gym clothes, trainers and swimwear. Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. This fee includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. The flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your spa day. This fee is non-refundable. Additionally, a refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, starting from £10 per person. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the robe and towel at the end of your spa day. Alternatively, guests may bring their own robe, towel, and footwear
- You must present your voucher on the day of attending your booking
- Treatment time includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress and 20 minutes of 'hands-on' treatment time
- Bannatyne operates a cashless payment system, so please bring a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day
- Bannatyne operates a 48hr amendment policy

Booked this very easily through Buyagift at a very good price and can’t wait to use it with my bestie in 2 weeks time!

Disaapointing
I’m really dissapointed about the experience we had yesterday at Bannatyne. It was supposed to be a lovely day out with my mum and my friend.
Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived at reception, we were met with an unfriendly attitude because we had vouchers purchased through Buyagift.
Our spa day package included a treatment, lunch, and access to the pool and spa facilities. However, throughout the entire visit our vouchers were repeatedly checked with what felt like suspicion and reluctance. It made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were somehow less welcome because we used vouchers.
We also decided to take advantage of the additional treatments offered that day (3 for £10). After my massage and treatment, I immediately informed the staff that I would return to pay, as I was only wearing my robe and had left my card in my locker in the changing room. Despite this, I was called twice more to come and pay, which felt very uncomfortable, almost as if it was assumed that someone using a voucher might not pay.would also like to mention another disappointment. Recently I had a broken wrist, and I was really looking forward to taking part in the aqua aerobics class as part of my recovery. Before our visit, I emailed three times asking about the possibility of joining the class. I was told that I should sign up on the day of the session, however, when we arrived, I was informed that the class was only for members and that they have priority. Of course I understand that members should have priority, and I would have respected that. But it was quite upsetting to watch the class from the side while half of the pool remained empty and there were still several unused dumbbells next to the instructor. It was even more disappointing.
If guests with spa vouchers are treated with this kind of attitude, why these vouchers are sold at all? It was a very unpleasant experience overall, and it made me feel like a second class customer rather than a valued guest.
