About the experience
This action-packed adventure is a great way to get the kids out and about while learning a whole new set of skills. If they’re mad about Jason Bourne or James Bond then a hands-on experience at the incredible spy school is the perfect way to treat a couple of friends to a fun-filled day out that packs in plenty of excitement, all in a safe and secure environment. An air-rifle sniper range, code breaking class complete with a ticking time bomb, pistol quick draw, and minefield breach are just some of the awesome sessions on offer at the Spy Kids Training Camp. Give them a break from the books with a different type of education!
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Available on the last Saturday of the month between March through to October
- Suitable for children aged 10 to 16 years
- Pre-booking is essential
- All the instructors have extensive experience and have been fully vetted to work with children
- There is a tuck shop which supplies soft drinks, crisps and snacks and also tea/coffee for the adults whilst they’re waiting for their “agents” to complete their training
- The experience takes place outdoors, please ensure you wear suitable clothing
- There is ample opportunity to take photographs and video the activities
- Please note parents must stay onsite at all times

Too many kids and poor supervision
My 2 children (10 and 13) received this as a Christmas present but having travelled 3 hours to get there, were somewhat disappointed by the experience. The activities are good in theory but there are just too many kids in each group for example only 9 guns available to shoot but 12 in the group so kids had to swap in - fine except my children both got swapped out and had to watch while others had guns for the whole time. Supervision sadly also lacking, for example,while doing the bomb disposal part, my youngest child's group were really unkind to him as he made a.mistake - the instructor was packing away the mine activity as this was the last group in the barn so completely oblivious and kids were unsupervised for this activity. Therefore the end of the activity saw my child in floods of tears ready for the 3 hour journey home. More staff or less kids in each group would be my recommendation, oh and maybe wait till the end of the camp to pack things away !
