About the experience
Whether you're partial to an earl grey, English breakfast, chamomile or something more exotic, a tea blending workshop at Bird and Blend Tea Co. promises to be both delicious and insightful. Come along and learn all about different types of tea, their origins, processing methods and how best to enjoy them. Once you’ve got the knowledge, it will be time to put your palate to the test, sampling a variety of Bird and Blend Tea Co. teas and identifying the different flavours. With the help of an expert tea mixologist, you’ll get the opportunity to make three of your own unique blends to bottle up and take home. Throughout the experience, you’ll be treated to your choice of hot or iced drinks and tea-based cocktails or mocktails, along with a goodie bag to take home.

Lovely Sunday morning experience
I joined the bird and blend tea workshop with my friend and it was a great experience! The lead had lots of knowledge in the teas we tasted and everyone was lovely. It was a great way to start the day off! I highly recommend:)

All about tea
Great tea knowledge and friendly staff, ideal location and exceptional flavours to taste!
This session did not disappoint as any tea lover will know, you get to try a huge variety of tea blends and be told a variety of ways to Taylor your teas to make the ideal brew from hot to cold , baked or cooked , in cocktails mocktails and all the in between.
The history of bird & blend was incredible and inspiring and glad to see other tea lovers spreading happiness around the stores.
I would recommend this experience for anyone with a huge interest in tea and mixology as you are able to make your own tea blends at the end!

Excellent experience
This was an amazing experience. The staff were super helpful and informative, we had a great time making our custom tea blends, and came home with so much tea! We'd recommend to any tea lover!

Really interesting and good fun!
My son bought me a voucher for two for the Tea Workshop, which we booked at the Brighton store. It was very interesting - we learnt lots about tea - and we got to try loads of different samples of hot and cold teas, with free cocktails and mocktails too. We were given free gifts and a discount and Will who did most of the talking was very friendly and entertaining. We did have to go to the pub over the road to the loos, but that was OK, and the session was run 6 - 8.30pm which went right over dinner time so it would have been good to have some nibbles/biscuits as well as the drinks.

An Enjoyable and Informative Evening, with lots of Tea!
We had a great time with Jaz and Ollie at the Tea Blending Workshop. Both of them were informative, enthusiastic and knowledgable about their products. Ours was only a small group and we all 'blended' quite well (sorry about that!), and encouraged to contribute our opinions about the various tea types we were tasting. We were given alot of information about the various teas and tea types and then allowed to 'make our own blend', with Ollie overseeing us all to make sure we did not make something unpallatable to take home. All in all a really enjoyable evening, especially if you are a lover of different types of tea and not just the 'black' sort. Highly recommended.
