What do I need to know?

• Available week round, year round, excluding event days
• Minimum age: 12 years
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult, the ratios of adult to minor are:
  • 12–17 years: one adult to four minors
  • 15–17 years: one adult to six minors
• Participants may be asked to provide proof of age – please bring a valid form of ID
• Minimum height: 1.2m
• Maximum weight: 21 stone
• Due to the popularity of this experience, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment
• Participants must by physically and medically fit to take part in this experience – unfortunately it is not suitable for those who are pregnant or suffer from vertigo, please consult a professional if you are unsure
• Please communicate any access requirements to the venue upon booking
• Please note that a waiver form must be completed in advance of the experience
• This is a guided experience and all equipment will be provided
• Please wear suitable clothing that will fit under a climb suit or gilet – anyone wearing hearing aids or glasses must ensure these are tightly fitted and secure for the duration of the climb, while long hair must be tied back
• Personal belongings cannot be taken on the climb, including cameras – lockers will be provided to store them securely
• Mobile phones are permitted but must remain in possession of the climb guide during ascent and descent – you will be able to use it on the viewing platform
