Amazing day out
Having been to the studio tour many times over many years, I still get goosebumps and every visit have seen something new. It never fails to disappoint

Awkward and time consuming
It isn’t a very easy process to actually book these experiences. I purchased a package for Harry Potter World tickets including a hotel stay. But you have to book them separately which means you don’t know if one will have availability at the same time as the other. You can ‘book’ online for Harry Potter but it’s actually just a request form and they don’t get back to you very quickly. You have to contact the hotel separately by email. So nothing is joined up, and the bookings once made are non refundable and non transferable. So if you get confirmation that one is booked but then the other doesn’t have availability; there isn’t anything you can do. Nice idea but in practice it’s very difficult to actually book it!

Ridiculous redemption process
Never again will I use Buyagift for booking of an experience as it's one of the most convoluted redemption processes I've ever experienced. Buy your ticket directly with Harry Potter Studios as this will save alot of time and hassle further down the road come booking time.
I tried to book directly with Harry Potter Studio Tour but they don't deal with these vouchers bookings and we're not able to help. The third party company Hospitalityline are the providers for redemption and are utterly useless.

Bit hard to navigate
Although it's a great idea it's quite hard to navigate and like our package I was unaware that you have to call the hotel and email in to arrange the booking with them what if they had no availability for the same day as the tour we need to book a night before our tour so we can go to the tour but yet no confirmation as of yet it's not the greatest run programme it's a fantastic idea and can possibly be great but needs work
