What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- We offer theatre tickets in a range of pricing tiers – choose the best one for you from the following:
- Bronze: our most basic pricing tier, offering a selection of affordable seats at top shows. Generally, weekdays offer best availability. Please note, some seats may be restricted view
- Silver: our next level of pricing, offering a greater selection of seats. Generally, weekdays offer best availability, with some weekend dates available
- Gold: our second highest pricing tier, offering a range of seats across weekdays and weekends
- Platinum: our premium pricing tier, offering a wide range of fantastic seats across weekdays and weekends
- Upon booking, you will be able to choose your date, time and seats, with the option to upgrade to higher value seats for an additional fee
- Pre-booking online is essential. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance for best availability
- Once you have selected your seats and your tickets are confirmed, your voucher becomes non-refundable
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticketholder who is at least 18 years old. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted

Buy A Gift has been good.
In terms of Buy A Gift it worked out perfectly. The seats were good and the ease of transferring them over worked well. Which is the four stars I’ve given.
The drop in one star is based on the venue and show itself which I wouldn’t say met the same expectation. The seat we had was immediately in front of the tech area which I believe made the temperature even more hot than it already was in the theatre on one of the hottest days. Would be a good seat on a cooler day. But so much so it was causing drowsiness and our section were all fanning the entire way.
We were aware some of the view would be restricted on the bronze level areas but through reading up believed only the first five minutes. This actually turned out a good few places throughout but I’m not sure other than in the front seats, there would be a great view in many of the seats.
The show itself wasn’t highly received but that’s a review for somewhere else. Certainly buying into the brand.
Would I use Buy A Gift for a show ticket again though? Yes I would.

Great Experience
We had such a fantastic experience from start to finish! The show was absolutely brilliant — full of energy, amazing performances and great music. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and everything went smoothly on the day. A wonderful night out and a great way to experience a West End show. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend it!

Excellent Show. Staff willing to help my husband by taking him up to the balcony in the lift as he cannot walk up stairs so easily now.
