What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- You will receive two vouchers – both vouchers are valid for two people
- For Gordon Ramsay:
- Available Monday–Friday, year round, excluding Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter bank holiday weekend and Father's Day
- Dining is available from 12pm–6.30pm
- During the festive period of 21st November 2nd January, your voucher can be used as monetary value in the restaurant
- A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to the bill, payable on the day
- For River Thames Cruise:
- This experience is available week round, year round excluding bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), 25th December and 1st January
- Please note that due to high demand for the river cruise during summer months there may be some restricted availability during July and August
- Specific dates may not be available – please be aware this experience is subject to availability and operational changes
- Please remember to check the times of the return boats and the last boats of the day
- Under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Children under 5 years may travel on cruises for free
- This voucher cannot be extended
- All dates are subject to availability

Best unused gift ever
We had to cancel booking as husband injured his back and was immobile. Could not reschedule as too late

Rip off company
Purchased a ticket for boat trip twice. Once didn't receive e voucher but no refund has been given, even though told it would be and to book again. Got vouchers, arrived at boat dock and queued only yo be told the boat cancelled. Next boat in an hour. Told be could wait or get refund. As was 33 degrees to hot to waitbin that heat so opted for refund. Both companies buyagift and city cruises refusing to pay refund. Bunch of thieves

river cruise
It was lovely being on the cruise on such a hot day, and see the sights from the on the river. It was a totally different view of everything. It was busy with tourists but they got on and off quickly, so not to much of a hold up. Really recommend this cruise, if you go on a nice day. OK if you go on a dull day, but so much nicer and cooler when it was very warm.

Birthday Lunch
A lovely afternoon, the staff were all pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious and it made my partners birthday, especially when they brought a little cake out with a Happy Birthday chocolate. Would definitely go back if we go to London again.

Watch out for the added extras
Nice meal but watch out for the extras that are added to the bill. Could have bought the same offer direct from the restaurant at exactly the same price.
