Disappointed
The menus where given to us on 2 crumpled bits of paper they was not much choice and the meal was stale and very basic, could not eat it very disappointed.

Awful customer service and worthless voucher from buy a gift
I originally bought a discounted tea for 2 voucher. When I went to redeem it I found out I had to add extra money to be able to get any tea for 2 option. This is ridiculous as I had already paid for a tea for 2 voucher. This should be all you have to buy surely. Ended up having to add a further £8 to buy something else which we then weren't able to attend and weren't able to cancel. So basically £28 worth of voucher completely wasted. So disappointed and would not recommend

Shocking food
We were given a sheet of printed paper with a limited menu on . Hubby had katsu curry and I chose cumberland sausage and mash with crispy onions , peas and gravy . Husbands meal was ok mine contained 3 white undercooked sausages , mashed cold potatoes, raw red onion and raw red onion with peas and very thin gravy , needless to say I didn’t eat it .Of the choice of 3 sweets I had chocolate fudge cake and husband asked for cheese cake , non available so was offered arctic roll. Service was shocking asking for reference number even tho we confirmed it all before we sat down . To top it off there was the most awful smell and one of the off duty staff having a drink at the bar said sorry she had farted to which a lady sat head to them admitted it was her dog . Wouldn’t enter here again if you paid me rather than other way round . What a waste of a gift voucher .
