Bit of a disappointment
We got bought this voucher and decided to use it in a trip to London. We got to the restaurant and everyone seemed abit unsure of the voucher. When ordering the mains, we got told we can have any, but then got told I can’t have the steak (even though conditions say I can pay £5 extra for it) then asked for the chicken or gammon - told I can’t have them at a cost of £17 as to expensive, but instead I was allowed an £18 burger! Make that make sense! Food was alright nothing special. Food got brought out, no cutlery or napkins, had to ask for that. Then asked to order drinks but told we had to go up to the bar or use the table QR, rather than the waiter taking it.

Food was nice, service wasn’t the best we had to approach staff the 3 times we needed them

Disappointed
We used our voucher but it was only on a limited menu, which we didn’t know until we got there. We asked if we could add money for a better meal but was told the till was not equipped for us to pay extra. It would have been nice to know that before we choose where to use the voucher. But staff were friendly. Just wish we had chosen better.
