Two night stay in York
We used vouchers given as a birthday treat for a two night visit to York.
After reading reviews we decided on the Novotel mainly due to its location sitting on the banks of the river and within easy walking distance of the attractions.
This hotel also has a car park, at a cost of £15 per night.
Large hotel, upkeep on the whole was good however the carpets in our room were badly stained and we had problems with getting constant hot water whilst showering but we managed.
I can't comment on the food as we decided to eat out, breakfast closes at 9.30 which is a little early for us.
For anyone with tickets for a show at the Barbican this hotel is ideal being only a 5 minute walk away.

Excellent all round experience
Had a lovely 2 night trip away to York, a beautiful place I would definitely visit again! Booking was easy with buyagift and there is plenty of hotels and destinations to choose from, I would recommend buy a gift for sure,

Lovely Break
We stayed in the Hilton hotel. Close to everything. Room great. They changed all our towels on the second day too. Breakfast was lovely, buffet style and lots to choose from. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

2 night break in york
Very easy to redeem voucher . The hotel we picked was amazing. We parked our car and left it for the 2 days . The centre with all attractions was a small walk away loved York and would definitely go again.
