• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• The recommended minimum age to visit The York Dungeon is 8 years old. Children under 5 years old are not permitted to enter. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older
• While efforts are made for accessibility, the Dungeon is situated in a grade 2 listed building, causing some restrictions for guests with mobility issues
• Due to the dark environment and loud noises, some children may find the experience intense. Guests with visual impairments may face challenges due to the darkness and uneven floors
• The booking guarantee allows you to change your ticket date up to three times, with the flexibility to do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Please ensure bookings are made at least 24 hours in advance
• Available from 11 am to 4 pm week-round, year-round. This voucher covers off-peak entry on some dates throughout the current season, or can be used as part payment towards some peak dates, special event tickets or to visit during a later season
