Lovely place
The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was perfect. Buffet help yourself, plus you could order special things cooked to order. Room was large and we had a lovely Seaview. (Once we had complained about the first room we were put in.) Lovely areas around the bar to sit and have a drink.

Breakfast had all the basics but was very busy and queues on Sunday

Lovely hotel
Beautiful hotel friendly staff good breakfast cleansiness excellent, spoilt by standing on a sewing needle in our room went right threw my foot, took it to show guest relations got not apology just said they check the carpet we were going onto Blackpool for few days had to leave 2 days early because of my foot being very sore, also was charged 38 pound parking which we weren't told about

Good break, but watch out for hidden costs.
Easy to book, lovely break. It’s a shame there are so many extra charges though. Had to pay extra for the hotel I wanted. Only a selected few included in voucher, then had to pay extra to change to a double room and extra again for breakfast. I understand terms and conditions apply to all vouchers but more transparency would be good. The hotel itself was okay, small pool, breakfast was average, rooms could be better for the price but very good location. Parking is not free, but charges are expected in most places nowadays. Staff, brilliant.
