London Birthday Trip
We stayed at the Kensington London Hotel which we upgraded our vouchers for.This hotel was great , but it was a shame it wasn’t offered as a 5 * hotel included in the voucher without having to pay a supplement,the only hotels included were certainly not luxury or 5* . and it caused quite a lot of stress when trying to redeem the voucher

Not worth the money
Very limited dates for London and choice of hotels, we opted snd had to pay additional money to stay somewhere in an area of London we didn’t want or add more money to upgrade hotel
Stayed at Copthorn Tara Hotel Kensington rooms very dated would not recommend this offer

The Colonnade
This hotel must be taken off your list as it is far from suitable. It is in desperate need of repair with leaking toilets/sewage.
Do not use this hotel as you will be very disappointed.

Rubbish
After contacting you a week before asking if it could be cancelled due to two broken ankles and sending info to you I received no reply so I lost my money and the weekend, so thanks for that
