About the experience

What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Available on selected weekends from March – October
- Please allow up to 30 minutes for the whole experience, with 15 minutes of flying time
- Maximum total weight: 30st/190kg
- Minimum age: 6 years
- All participants under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Please bring your boarding passes and Photo ID on the day
- A Bell 206 JetRanger Helicopter will be used for this experience
- Please consult a doctor regarding any medical conditions
- The supplier reserves the right to refuse or remove any passengers from the flight if their behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate

Virtually impossible to book
For over 2 and a half hours I struggled on line to book this experience without success. Then half an hour on the telephone and then cut me off. You couldn’t have made it more difficult if you had tried. Eventually I managed but will never buy an experience again

Great birthday treat
Written communications in advance were clear and helpful. All the staff were brilliant in guiding us through the safety measure and procedures. Our pilot was friendly and enthusiastic, and his commentary contributed to an excellent experience.

Still haven't been able to book!
Most of the sites that you are supposed to be able to do the 2 person helicopter ride require you to upgrade to do so. (£180) Managed to book a spot without upgrade and they cancelled over a month in advance due to 'Covid/weather' would love to know how they new it would be a problem. Now I just get emails every few weeks saying that they still cant fit us in but we are a priority!! Very sad 6 year old who was really looking forward to this. Have been trying to book for 6 months now. Very disappointed. No ability to contact buy a gift just an automated help bot - who is no help and then they tell you to contact the gift provider.
