Not what it was !
We have had this excellent pass before because it gives you unlimited access to so many things for a year. Imagine our disappointment then when we learned that it no longer covered trips around the harbour to see the ships. We were told this changed in May when the trips were now run by another company. We feel we have been mis-sold !

Great Offer but Instructions not Completely Clear
I bought two annual passes for the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard: £35 each instead of £51 each so a great reduction. The instructions weren't clear that the Buy A Gift voucher should just be shown at the gate so I had to call the dockyard to confirm before using the voucher.
