Fantastic Gift
We would highly recommend this gift as we had a fantastic experience! The band were superb in a great venue ! The Food was also very good too !

Unable to book restaurant via Buyagift.com
I followed booking directions on my voucher via Buyagift.com - once I'd activated the voucher, I found the 'booking details' link to the restaurant to choose a date didn't work. I then spent almost an hour on-line with an AI chatbot and then a human agent. Eventually I was advised to email the restaurant direct to arrange a suitable date and time - not exactly the simple process the voucher promises. I'm sure it probably works for the majority of 'experiences', but I wouldn't recommend buying a restaurant voucher as a gift for anyone - just too much timewasting and faffing about when it all goes wrong.

Be careful
Lovely restaurant and tentative staff. However, be aware that on top of the voucher price there is a tech fee (£2pp) and a service fee. For 2 of us, we had to pay an extra £20.
