About the experience

Slip on a climbing suit, boots with extra grip, and the safety harness and get ready to climb! See London from the top and snap some selfies as proof of your triumph. You will also have the chance to see the city from the water with unlimited travel for 24 hours on a hop-on, hop-off river cruise along the Thames between various piers. Explore the magnificent sights along the river and escape the hustle and bustle of the city’s busy streets.
What do I need to know?

- You will receive two vouchers

- Up at The O2 Experience:
- This experience is available week round. Not available from 20th November to 5th January
- Minimum age: 8 years
- Minimum height: 3ft 11in
- Maximum weight: 21 stone
- Maximum waist measurement: 49 inches
- Maximum upper thigh measurement: 30 inches
- For under 18s please ensure your booking includes the relevant ratios of adults to children: 9 years is 1–1, 10–12 years is 1–2, 13–17 years is 1–4
- You are advised to wear appropriate clothing for the weather, including socks so the climb shoes provided can be worn
- Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances – no refunds will be provided for those found to be under the influence
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your climb – latecomers will not be admitted
- Thames Cruise Rover Pass:
- Available week round, year round
- Not valid for redemption on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays.
- The cruise is not available in July and August
- Under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Children under 5 years may travel on cruises for free
- You cannot redeem your voucher at London Eye Pier
- Your ticket must be booked at least 24 hours in advance – take your valid voucher to the operator’s ticket booth at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and you will receive your ticket
- This voucher cannot be extended
- All dates are subject to availability

Sad outcome
I had climb the O2 booked for myself and my best friends child, it was her 16th birthday gift from me, make a memory... We got to the tube it was closed, there is NO one answering the O2 phone line this is their actual message, I emailed 2hrs before I was supposed to climb and received nothing in return, I paid for this twice as the 1st voucher ran out (my bad, i know), but it was not the memory I wanted to give her.
