Virtual Reality Gaming Session for Three at Matrix VR

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for three people
• Available week round, year round; the first bookable slot is 9am, with the last bookable slot at 8.15pm Monday–Saturday and 7pm on Sundays
• Minimum age: 7 years
• Pre-booking is essential and must be made at least 24 hours in advance; walk-ins are not permitted
• Please arrive at least five minutes before your session time
• Please allow up to one hour 15 minutes at the venue, including the one-hour VR gaming session and arrival time
• A waiver form must be completed before the session
• This experience is not suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy. People with pacemakers should seek cardiologist clearance before taking part
• Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes that are easy to move in
• This is a sober activity; participants deemed intoxicated on arrival will be unable to take part and will not receive a refund
• The venue is wheelchair accessible, with toilet facilities, disabled access toilets, baby changing facilities and a reception area available
• Soft drinks and energy drinks are available to buy on site
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice
