Excellent service
Most amazing experience , staff so polite didn’t make us rush told us to take out time , have a most wonderful experience yesterday with massage , pool, sauna and steam will definitely be booking again

Treatment
Treatment was good and the staff were lovely although surroundings are more council gym than Spa. We didn’t feel we got the whole 40 minutes more like a 25 minute treatment

Not a spa
This is not an “opulent spa” as stated in the description. It is a treatment room in a sports centre. The sauna, steam and relaxation room are publicly accessible and very busy. The changing facilities are very dirty. The treatment itself was pleasant, and the staff were very polite, but it is unfortunate that the description does not match the description at all. I would not have booked this experience knowing it was in a dirty sports centre. We very briefly used the facilities, but they felt unclean so we left. We actually felt less relaxed after!

the treatment in itself was good but the workers didn’t tell us facilities were out of use which wasn’t good.

Very disappointed. Difficulty in booking. Staff attitude. No pre contact or during session except for only one member of staff. Place not run properly. Mixed sex changing room. Staff asked US to report unauthorised users! Dirty. Steam room not working properly. Not a good experience at all, would not recommend it to anybody.
