Buy a Gift is misleading
I selected and booked this experience. At the time of booking through buy a gift it said a 25 minute experience was included however when I confirmed with the spa treatments team they said it was not and that they had confirmed that with buy a gift team. Very misleading and disappointing.

Booking was a nightmare
Unable to book for 3 people, spa customer services unreachable and not returning calls and buyagift could not do anything for 10 days so have requested full refund as I could only book 1 person. Would never use buyagift again
