About the experience
Forget gloomy nights spent listening to the noise of flapping tents - this one night break at Ruthern Valley is a great way to enjoy a comfortable and unique camping experience. Your bed for the night will be in a stable and comfy wooden wigwam featuring heating, mattresses on bunks and other holiday necessities. In your own personal wigwam you’ll be kept toasty through the night, ready for a day’s adventure in Cornwall. Included in your stay is use of an outdoor dining area, perfect for picnics and barbecues.

Haven of peace
From the friendly welcome to our departure we had a super time here. The wigwam pod was spotlessly clean, cozy and comfortable, surrounded by nature with a couple of friendly Robins visiting. The pod was equipped with a good size fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and electric kettle and plugs for phone charging etc. counter top and shelving for meal preparation. Outside deck area, picnic bench with disposable bbq pad. Quiet, intimate, back to nature site with all modern amenities, shower/toilet blocks, dish washing and clothes washing facilities (machines and tumble driers) children's play area and woodland walks. Close to walking trails and places of interest. Haven of peace away from a busy world, we thoroughly recommend a visit.

one night stay in Wigwam
We booked a second night and we were upgraded to a wigwam with electricity, A fridge microwave, small kettle and heater, Rang owners and sorted out the gift stay through them. Very comfortable .Lovely site with excellent facilities , Had own outside table and parking. Good directions from the owners

Not value for money
So my son paid £59 pound for this gift the I paid £10 supplement so £69 in total! However if I had booked direct it would of only cost £37.50. All you get for your money is basically a shed with a kettle microwave heater ( not really what I call glamping . A fridge that was so noisy we had to turn it off so we could get some sleep. The bed was two pieces of wood with a vinyl covered piece of foam . Toilet and shower is a short walk away although very clean and tidy it’s probably not great if you have children with you. Small site owned by a lovely couple however the experience was a let down made worse by paying over sites price for October.??

Brilliant!
This was exactly as described - upmarket camping in a superb location! We stayed for two nights and really couldn't fault it.
