Wonderful Break!
Enjoyed a Two night stay in the Glamping Pods, was a wonderful experience, never been camping before and had all the facilities we needed on site also. Enjoyed a lovely meal & Cocktails at Bert’s pizzeria. Would definitely return.

Very disappointed
No trace of our booking on arrival. No superior room given, we paid £29 for this despite no-one else staying our whole stay.Room very tired furniture shabby toilet broken. No chef on premises Monday and Tuesdays only continental breakfast available. Barman advised us he would have to go out and buy our breakfast and gave us key informed us we would be only people in building overnight ( first night)and first thing in morning no staff on site our first night or for breakfast. Breakfast very basic. Given key to lock premises ourselves when we went out first morning. Second morning told we could have cooked breakfast £15 each extra we declined this. This pub is very shabby and tired inside and outside needs a complete refurb. Pictures on your website do not reflect this. No way is this a four star establishment. Place feels totally unloved no care. We were very disappointed with our whole stay.

Lovely little getaway
Dove Meadow is a lovely little b&b. Perfect for Alton Towers. John and Myfanwy are the perfect hosts. Really welcoming and friendly.
Their little dog Poppy was also a great hit.

Disappointing
In future I will book direct to hotel as the hotel wasn’t worth the value of the voucher , very old fashioned TV had no signal , very noisy , also breakfast was supposed to be included but told when arrived that it was room only
