Bovey Castle Spa Days

This was forv4 friends celebrating a birthday. Had a lovely time, views fantastic across London, food great, service great, and frequently topped up with pornstar martinis and prosecco. Thoroughly recommend.

We had an amazing time from start to finish. The owner is super informative and helpful. We would highly recommend this experience and will definitely be back to make more.

Forresters is set in charming Middleton in lovely Teesdale and near many other attractions such as Raby castle. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent beds, the food is top quality French cuisine at ordinary prices or standard food such as burgers or chilli con carne if you want that instead. The bar is friendly and good value and Franck a great host. If you want quieter rooms away from the bar just ask. This is one of the loveliest and best value places in the UK and Middleton itself is a friendly unspoilt large village still with a wide range of facilities, including several excellent cafes, pharmacy and supermarket, that you wouldn’t normally expect nowadays even in much larger places and where the community is a good mix including of all ages.

From the moment we arrived it was beautiful. The grounds are stunning, staff approachable friendly and informative. Room was spotless so we're amenities. Highly recommend and we shall definitely return.

I received this experience from my husband for Christmas, and took my daughter with me. We both enjoyed making our own perfumes, and learned a lot about the different notes in each fragrance. We both enjoyed the experience and were very happy with our bottles of our very own scents!
