Great spa, great treatment, clean setting, great customer service and plenty of choices for a great lunch

Easy purchase for spa gift for wife.

Was bought as gift for daughter who thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The place was perfect, staff were attentive, facilities were great and she came out feeling very relaxed.

The treatments (facial & Indian head massage) by Ruby was amazing. Just what was needed, I did not want it to end. The rest of the facilities were great too and the lunch was incredible.

An amazing and relaxing day, with the weather holding up to be able to use the outside pool, the treatments were also amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

We were met by Leah at reception. What a lovely happy warm welcome. Beautiful smile. The room was nice. Tea/coffee making facilities. Ensuite shower room. We had an amazing and very yummy 5 course Valentines dinner. Christina, our waitress was fantastic. Happy and friendly and made us smile with her happy energy. The hotel is well placed, nice and close to local shops and pubs. A nice hiking route around the Wey, starting just across the road. We will be back.

The staff when we arrived were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The facilities were very good and clean. We had both booked a 30 minutes massage which was absolutely wonderful, Thank you Sophie & Zoe. Our afternoon tea was amazing lots to eat and excellent service. All round a great experience and one I would consider again
