Lovely surroundings. Staff were very professional, polite and very attentive. Excellent set menu, all food was fresh and tasted great, plenty to eat. Very good quality wine included as well. Would definitely recommend.

An amazing and relaxing day, with the weather holding up to be able to use the outside pool, the treatments were also amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Took my mum for a belated birthday treat. We had an amazing day. All staff where helpful and friendly. Great spa facilities, lovely food in the restaurant and a relaxing massage. My elderly Mum was especially looked after in the treatment room by Sophie, who ensured mum was safe. She lowered the bed for mum and ensured a towell was placed on the floor after the treatment so that she would not slip. We both had a lovely day together and are already talking about arranging another visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Lacey the Spa therapist was welcoming, professional & skilled. The Spa receptionist was so friendly and welcoming we relaxed as soon as we met her. Lunch was excellent, well coooked, beautifully presented & the restaurant was immaculately presented.

Had a great time at ockenden manor-a lovely, well deserved treat with friends. Food is beautiful and spa is lovely especially in the evenings
