Summer of Family Fun

We always use our buy a gift vouchers in the school holidays to spread costs. We had a great time at York Birds of Prey Centre. It's so hands on and you get really close to some magnificent birds

The day out was great in all respects. But we had been given a gift and could choose anything up to the gift price. We knew we had to buy the experience before Sunday, but thought, due to all the BuyaGift pages saying, 'valid for a year', that once noted it was valid for a year. No. The experience had to be taken by the expiry date too and that's not made clear enough. Luckily we had decided to do it now so did not lose out. It costs £20 to extend the voucher. So I'd say, don't bother with an open voucher that can be used for anything, get the experience itself. Added to which, I was emailed a load of cheaper offers for the same experience but couldn't use them as I had been given a gift voucher. It was all a bit frustrating, but the day out, seeing the animals and tea were great.

This was a gift for our sons 12th birthday which had us as a family laughing the entire course! Highly recommend as an activity that the entire family, whatever the age, can really enjoy

Port Lympne Reserve is a wonderful place to visit. It's a huge place, takes around 2-3 hours to walk around, and thats not including the safari you can do (which is included in this voucher) and the free talks that go on during the day. The actual stay was wonderful too. The pinewood pods are a great little glamping experience. They are small, but as the 4 of us staying are close, we didnt mind the close quaters. They are also close to the animals (we could see the lion enclosure from our pod and the big cat talk was right by us too which was lucky) so in some ways as good as some of the other accommodation the reserve offers. We perticularly liked the fire pits just outside the pods that we spent much of the evening sitting by, roasting marshmallows. This voucher was great also because of the inclusion of the safari, and breakfast on the second day. Honestly felt well worth the money. Although not included, we had dinner and lunch on site and the food was just wonderful. They cater to most dietary requirements, and are incredibly helpful. All in all, I felt this voucher was well worth the money for 4 of us to have 2 days of great fun!

Present from my son last Christmas & getting to picked what we wanted to watch was great & Wicked was such an Amazing performance loved it & can’t wait to watch 2nd film now.

Party for 6 boys, the perfect day they had lots of fun, really well organised and led by the team - who made a fuss of the birthday boy too. Excellent value for money with the pizzas and drinks included as well as 2 hours of laser tag cant fault it

I purchased my partner and sons a family ticket I unfortunately mis typed my email I rang them and they sorted it straight away unfortunately I booked for my son to go today and he unfortunately fell ill so I now have to wait to see if I can get mu date moved or I'll have to purchase another ticket
