Black Friday London Eye

A really amazing day out. So much to see and do for all the family. We paid the extra £6 for the dungeon experience which was well worth it - but very scary! Bird of prey display was one of the best we've ever seen. Loved every minute.

V easy to use, just massive queue, updated with fast track when there

Was brought as a Christmas present..You book a date and time slot to queue, no check in, just go straight to the queue at your time, quick search and scan and your off...It took 30 minutes to do a full turn which is enough...Pods are not overcrowded which I expected, about 15-20 people which gives you plenty of room to see and admire all the different views of London from above. Only complaint is the booking via Buyagift did not work for a few weeks and the London eye direct will not let you book direct with them even though you have a gift voucher number...I managed to get through to Buy a gift who confirmed a fault with their system which lasted a good 2 weeks so was a bit of a pain but got there in the end!.

we enjoyed every minute of the trip, being a Londoner i thought i knew everything about London, i was very suprised at the knowledge of the Guide. Thankyou for a lovely experience
