Frustration in trying to activate
Would not buy anything like this again. The effort and frustration of trying to activate and only going round and round in circles on your site. Customer services only available online and all they did was send me back to what I had been trying to do. So ended up printing out, scanning and then sending to the voucher etc to English Heritage by email explaining my problem. Within 24 hours a response and given my membership.

after registering back in Jan26 i had to chase both buyagift and EH in order to expedite my membership cards and confirmation of membership. In essence i wouldn’t recommend buyagift. If you want to give a EH membership as a present deal directly with EH..??

Great Christmas gift.
Much appreciated gift which gets us out and about. It will repay it's value many times.
Only complaint is that the form which is sent out online could not be typed in. So, we had to contact English Heritage for help. They also were unable to access the Buyagift site. The membership gift is great - redeeming it was a hassle.

Nice gift but booking not so easy.
Nice gift but the booking process was not that good as some hurdles to cross to actually get the membership card and confirmation..not buy gift fault..English Heritage at fault
