Dissapointed
It wasn't clear you had to produce a copy of the e voucher. Although email if buyagift booking and rowhill grange we were told if we didn't have the voucher we would have to pay! I felt like leaving at that point. Contact buyagift customer service was via chat and no answer from them. Phone number unobtainable Altogether a disappointing experience

Rowhill Grange
If you’re looking for a relaxing overnight stay this is the place. Unbelievable value for money. Perfect evening meal and breakfast along with an amazing treatment and spa afternoon. Have been several times and will continue to go.

Very Nice Gift
Had a really nice birthday. The dinner was beautiful and the drinks were really aesthetic and nice. The spa area and swimming pool was very beautiful.

Great gift
Beautiful stay. Hotel, restaurant and spa all wonderful. My only recommendation is the massage are sold at a premium so a chat before for personal experience and some music would be good so your not just hearing each other breath
