It was a lovely day out, with great effort put into the Halloween experience but more designed for younger children ie toddlers. Plenty to do around the entrance area but bigger animals is a long walk further into the zoo, if you have little ones or unable to walk far there is a free bus service. However, the aquarium was very small and used only as an entrance to the butterfly house.

Our trip to Whipsnade was perfect. We arrived at 11 and had a lot of fun until 4.30. My son loved it. The staff were friendly and informative. The only negative is the price of food and drinks.

Fantastic value for money. Use the free car park and bus which takes you around the zoo. The views over Dunstable near the penguins are amazing. Walk into the goat enclosure to feed and stroke them.

The zoo is massive so I recommend taking a scooter for children which is aloud. The outdoor play area was a hit with my son! We had to book a session for the soft play so it’s best to go there first and do that.
We saw lots of animals the lions and elephants felt really close.

Never go to London zoo

More staff than animals,no tigers out in the incloser,staff standing around doing nothing, animals inside no photo opportunity as the zoo has put stickers on the windows and prices are unreal,never going back and this review is for London zoo not Whipsnade zoo like it's says,sort it out Buyagift.
