Really difficult to navigate
Unclear process. Unable to find dates and locations of desired activities direct from BuyaGift website so need to investigate that separately. Redeem gift voucher. Add extra funds to meet cost of desired experience. Log off site and log into experience website. By now I had 3 (or possibly 4) different codes that may be the one they are after. Refused twice before hitting on right code in the end. Still unclear if I had benefited from 2 for 1 offer until confirmation email arrived.

Wrong gift
I have not attended smoke and spice. I have chosen a different course which has not yet taken place. I expect it will be good.I was at least able to book it,unlike the falconry experience (which was a separate gift). I finally managed to get some help and was advised that the bookibg linkvwas not actually working which was the reason I was unable to book. I was later contacted with a link, which worked but there were no spaces left. I am now on a priority waiting list. I don't know what will happen if I don't get the places before the voucher expires. So, a rather mixed experience.
