On this informative class, you'll learn how to home smoke without any gadgets, as well as with Ann’s amazing reusable ‘smokies'. Join a group of up to 20 other participants and take turns helping the chef create tasty dishes. Learn how to make smoked trout pâté, spicy chicken wings, paprika sausages, pork balls with their dipping sauce and more. You'll learn plenty of tips and tricks from a talented chef and you can even carry on the learning at home with a 10-day free trial to the Smart online cookery school!

Wrong gift
I have not attended smoke and spice. I have chosen a different course which has not yet taken place. I expect it will be good.I was at least able to book it,unlike the falconry experience (which was a separate gift). I finally managed to get some help and was advised that the bookibg linkvwas not actually working which was the reason I was unable to book. I was later contacted with a link, which worked but there were no spaces left. I am now on a priority waiting list. I don't know what will happen if I don't get the places before the voucher expires. So, a rather mixed experience.
