Days Out In The North East

The guy who did the tour of the vineyard was excellent , tasting up to 5 wines the lunch was cheese ,pork pies salad and cut french stick buffet help yourself but had to buy any drinks with it , otherwise good

We had a lovely day. The meerkat experience is great and you get to spend alot of time with them. My girls absolutely loved it, they are age 10 & 8 years. The lady Charlotte who did our experience was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Good night once we worked out how to redeem the code. Would recommend

Quiet day in half term, great day had.

Our 7 year old wasn’t tall enough for everything, but we all had a great day out. Lovely weather and wasn’t too busy. Irritating that they charge an additional one or two £ for some of the rides

The owner gave us a wonderfully informative and interesting talk about his winemaking journey, followed by a wine tasting with nibbles and then we went for a beautifully fresh and indulgent afternoon tea. I would definitely do this again and it makes a wonderful present for someone

Really nice explanation of wine making, with history of how it came about in Yorkshire. The tasting was excellent and informative, a pleasant experience all round.

Lovely day, lovely drive down to the vineyard, very informative. Well looked after, showed us the workings of the brewery the history of how it all started, and all the effort that goes into growing and nurturing the vines, very enlightening! with refreshments and snacks, and lunch, meeting staff and new friends and then the purchasing of their lovely Wines! Thank-you and YES! WE WOULD DO IT AGAIN
