- Closed on Mondays (except in school holidays), Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Stadium tours are not available on, or the day before, event days
- If you are under 16 you will need to be accompanied by a fully paid adult at all times. Under 5s enjoy free entry with an accompanying adult
- The stadium tour lasts for approximately one hour and 15 minutes after which you are free to visit the museum and shop at your leisure
- The tour and museum are fully wheelchair accessible
- Please note there are no left luggage or cloakroom facilities. Bags may be checked for security reasons
- Free parking is available for stadium tour and museums
- All dates are subject to availability

An excellent day out for the rugby fan, lnfomation by guide was a little too generic and lacking in details especially when asking questions

The Tour of Twickenham was an experience and a half - to sit in the Changing Rooms to take in the view from the Royal Box and to see the Presidents Room were things I have not been able to do in all my visits to HQ ! The Tour Guide was able to bring it all to life with witty observations and anecdotes too

Well worth a visit. Excellent tour with insightful stories from the guide. Fascinating museum even if you’re not into rugby. Docked one star only because of the lack of refreshments; after travelling a while we needed a cuppa but nearest place is the pricey hotel next door.
