About the experience
Feel like a motorsports star at the wheel of an iconic Formula Renault. This slick and sophisticated single seater sports car is a real front runner when it comes to driving icons. Take this incredible motoring machine for a thrilling ride. After a briefing and some pro driving tips from a professional racing coach, you'll be able to take the wheel for two exhilarating warm up laps. Get ready to tackle the circuit and navigate the tricky twists and turns! You can then get your heart pumping with 11 unaccompanied laps. Listen to the roar of the engine as you go full throttle with this memorable driving experience.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available on selected dates, March–October
- Bank holiday and weekend dates are available for a supplement, payable upon booking
- Bookings between 11am and 3pm require a Premium Slot upgrade for a supplement, payable directly to the supplier
- Westfield passenger laps are available subject to availability on the day (minimum age is 12 years)
- Please arrive one hour before the experience to allow time for registration, a briefing and getting kitted out in equipment
- This experience will run for around two hours in total
- You’ll be provided with a helmet and a balaclava, face mask and gloves are available to purchase separately
- Photos and in-car video packages will be available to purchase when booking and on the day
- Please wear flat, narrow soled shoes
- Not suitable for those with health conditions, including heart problems and epilepsy. Please disclose when booking
- Maximum weight: 19 stone
- Minimum height: 5’2”
- Maximum height: 6’3”
- Customers must bring a valid full UK photo driving licence, (without restrictions) - if not or older paper version, a valid passport with utility bill dated within 3 months required and a credit card for the collision damage cover excess and their voucher on the day of their experience
- Spectators are welcome and children must be supervised at all times
- Minimum age: 18 years

Our experience
Great organisation and vehicles true to pictures, not sure we got 12 laps and the insurance was extra, I’d rather buy what is needed for the day

Poor availability and lots of extras when trying to book
Bought this experience for daughters 21st. However when tried to book it was given a total of 4 available dates between Jan 2025 and the end of Sept 2025.
I was then advised that weekends and bank ends will incur an additional £35 charge. 2 of the days available were Saturdays and 1 of the other ones was a bank holiday. As my daughter couldn’t do the 1 weekday provided due to holidays I ended up paying a further £35 for her to use the experience. However when booking the experience I was told the that only 2 slots available both of which were early afternoon and as these were prime slots there would be an additional £15 charge and also that the excess was £5000 which had to be secured on a credit card before the experience. However we could reduce this by paying another £35.
So as well as paying for the experience to Buyagift I incurred an additional £85 in charges which in my opinion is really poor and expensive. The lack of availability and I’m not sure whether m tech lite do this on purpose when you mention you have the voucher is really really poor.
The actual experience, on the day the track was shortened therefore shorter laps and apart from 1 straight no real chance to properly get the race car experience.
However my daughter still did enjoy doing it
Overall poor value for money due to all the additional charges

Amazing experience overall
Amazing experience for anyone who is into racing. The morning was very organised and all of the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone. I will definitely go again.
