Poor customer service
Have been trying to book this flight for several months only to find out I had to use another website to book it,and now all the places are full or either you want me to pay more.Very poor service as looks like I will not get a refund.

Helicopter ride difficult to book
Got this for a birthday gift every date we have tried to book even though it shows spaces we are told we have to pay extra even trying to extend due to this you have to pay for that not happy how are these a good gift if you can't use it

Always more money needed
So i have bought or have been bought experiences from here over the years and there is always an extra cost. For example this one there was no dates available for me to book this year and i had to go on a waiting list. Once dates became available i had to pay an extra £20 just to be able to book as its so far into the future to “extend my ticket” its not my fault that they havent got and spare times for me to do it. But i have to wait 18 months to be able to do the experience. Just really poor service.

Worst experience of my life (not the helicopter ride, but buyagift)
First off, I was given this for a clamping pod. But when I tried to book they said they no longer accept buy a gift. So I then booked a hotel. The hotel took the full amount of the credit (156) when it was only £65. To learn about hidden charges. ( which happened with the helicopter but I had given up by then) to have an full blown argument with customer service asking for a refund on the hotel so I could make the most of my voucher. For them to ignore every single question and repeat them selves over and over again. It wasn't until I found the CEOs number they actually helped.
